Monaco is served by Nice International Airport. This airport serves many destinations, but if your country is not one of them, you can travel to either Orly International Airport in Paris or Charles de Gaulle International Airport in Paris. From both airports you can take a domestic flight to Nice Airport.
From Nice Airport you can take the Airport Express bus service to the Nice Railway Station and from here you can take a train to Monte Carlo. At a total cost of approximately EUR 11 per person, this trip is rather cheap. A faster way of travelling is by taxi. A taxi stand can be found right outside Nice International Airport. Do note that taxis are very expensive in Monaco. You can take the taxi to the train station, but all the way to Monte Carlo is very expensive. If you are not in a hurry, it is recommended to travel by train as it takes you along the Mediterranean bays. It is not needed to rent a car in Monaco as it has an excellent bus service which is very cheap. Destinations are clearly shown at every bus stop and when you enter a bus, all you have to do is to pay the chauffeur EUR 1 and tell your destination.
If you do decide to rent a car at Nice Airport, depart north towards D2204 and proceed onto A8. Merge onto A8/A805, follow D6007 and N207 toward Monaco. Follow the signs Princess Charlotte and follow the signs to the circuit.
